I have a molasses ginger cookie recipe and they get better with age. Granted, a cake is a different but do the spices in these open up over time and will these taste even better the day after they are baked? Thanks That would involve a trade-off. yes, the spices will open up, but the whoopie pie cakes will not be as tender. Give it a try. Frank @ KAF.
