Definitely quick and easy. Instant yeast packs aren’t labeled in a way that is easy to translate to the recipe. Much simpler to think in ounces as tsp & Tbsp measures don’t work well for yeast. So 28g = 1oz. Yeast package is 1/4 oz. So easy math.
Using this fast rise is fine, but in return the rolls have little flavor as the gluten development is too fast. So fast rolls with no character, but certainly look god!
