Hi Jill, this is fairly simple roll recipe, so it's a great place to start! If this recipe makes too many rolls for you, consider making a half batch by dividing all the ingredients in half. We always recommend weighing your ingredients if you have a scale, and that makes reducing a recipe easier too. If you don't have a scale, be sure to measure your flour carefully using this method. Our Yeast Baking Guide has lots of great information, and I'm sure you'll find this little video on how to shape dinner rolls helpful as well.
