Hi Tatiana. The dough should be tacky like a post it. If the dough is fully kneaded and it remains wet it would advised to add 1-2 more tablespoons of flour so it is easy to handle and less tacky. Whole Wheat Flour is made of the entire wheat berry, this consists of a bran, germ, and endosperm. In white flour, most of the bran and germ are removed during the milling process. Adding bran to white flour will get it to be similar to whole wheat flour but will not bake the same way. We hope this helps. Happy Baking!
