When freezing the dough, have you ever let them rise the 10 minutes, putting them in the freezer until solid and then removing them from the pan and putting them into the bread bags? Then putting them back into the pans when you want to bake them? Just curious if that would work fine or not. (I'm afraid I'm a "follow directions exactly" type of person and not one to experiment on my own!)
