You sure can, Sarah! Prepare rolls the night ahead of time all the way through shaping. Then, instead of letting them rise at room temperature, put them in the fridge covered with greased plastic to rise overnight. They can be baked the next morning as called for in the recipe. Enjoy! Kat@KAF
