We're glad to hear you're going to add homemade bread to your Thanksgiving line-up. It is so worth the effort. If you can turn the convection setting on your oven off, you should opt to do that for this recipe. Convection is great for artisan breads, but for sandwich bread or soft rolls, you'll want to turn it off. If you can't turn off the setting, that's okay — just turn down the oven temperature by 25 degrees F and check for doneness about 5 minutes earlier than you otherwise would.
