I have successfully prepared an elaborate Thanksgiving dinner for 20-25 people many many times over the years but have NEVER made the dinner rolls. It has grown to an irrational fear so this year I'm going to face my fear and just do it! I have one question, can these be baked in the convection over? Do I lower the temp and the time? It's a new oven this year with convection settings that I'm just getting used to.
