Made these today. Love the recipe but will have to tell you while singing I lost count of the first flour I was putting in. Went ahead with the recipe and the doorbell and the poke test seem to work. I added extra milk until I thought it looked like yours. They baked up beautifully and tasted great. I think they might have been a little heavy due to too much flour. Next time I will measure out the flour before I start and if I get into singing again I won't loose count. Thanks for the recipe.
