Whew! The night before you want fresh baked rolls, remove from the freezer and let thaw and rise in the refrigerator. Yes, they should be panned and wrapped so they don't dry out. Bake for the time and temp. listed in the recipe. Some bakers put them in the oven when the turkey comes out.....so while the turkey rests and you get the rest of the sides ready and the turkey sliced - the rolls will be the last to come to the table!
