Just wondering if a 4.5 quart KitchenAid is big enough to double your recipe? Then again, would it be big enough to make one batch? Thanks a bunch! I hope they turn out. Yummy! Your mixer could handle one batch, but not a double. I'd say make one batch, pop it in the fridge, make the second batch, then combine them by hand to get the dough you need. ~ MaryJane
