Update: The rolls rose too much as they were freezing. I had to bake them before we left on the what-turned-out-to-be 6 hour drive to our nephew's. It was really rainy, windy and a truly nasty drive. Normally it's about 4 1/2 hours at 70. At 45 it takes longer . . . I'm glad I baked the rolls before we left! I let them cool about 20 minutes, wrapped the pans in foil, and we were on our way. MaryJane, is the e-pamphlet available on-line? No, right now it lives in an older email system we used to use here, and it has not been updated yet. I'd say perhaps we can get it up in the new year.
