Thanks for posting these and for the answer above! I went ahead and proofed the yeast in the warm water first and it seemed to work fine. This was my first attempt at making rolls and they were fabulous! I baked half right away for Thanksgiving dinner and froze the other half. I have a feeling they won't be in the freezer long, though! :) Thanks again!
