In the printable version, the "yeast" doesn't show up: 113g lukewarm water 454g warm milk (100-110°F) 43g butter 21g sugar 1 tablespoon salt 28g 723 to 843g King Arthur Unbleached All Purpose Flour Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The amount for the yeast shows up (28 grams) but the word "yeast" does not show up. I will let our web team know. If you have any other questions, please let us know! ~Mel
