Hi Leilani! What a delicious recipe. You certainly can freeze this dough. We would recommend pressing the cookies before freezing. You can bake them straight from the freezer. Same temperature should be fine, however, every oven bakes differently. Lowering the temperature 25 degrees would be fine if your oven runs a bit hot. As far as timing goes, you may have to add one or two minutes since they will be frozen. Keep an eye out and once they are lightly golden around the edges, you can remove them to cool. Happy Baking!
