Very nice! These look great. And butter and flour just went on sale too! If you bake on parchment or wax paper and slide the cookies off the sheet onto a brown paper bag (like the kind from a grocery store) that helps them stay chewy. And if you have enough baking sheets you can double them up. It lengthens the baking time a bit but if you're worried about over baking it gives you some leeway there. Thanks Thanks Aaron! ~ MaryJane
