It is so great to see vegan recipes presented!! This blog presents so many fabulous recipes, but this is the first vegan one that I've seen! As someone who has been vegan for over 30 years, I hope there will be many more vegan recipes!! After all, they appeal not only to vegans, but also to those allergic to milk or eggs!
