I tried the Rustic Milk Pie Dough this week with the gluten-free measure for measure flour as a 2-crust apple pie. Sadly, the crust turned out hard and tough. It was easy to roll, no question, but not easy to cut or eat. I’ll keep looking for a better GF crust (celiac family member).
