Hi Rene, we're glad you reached out! Our Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour isn't interchangeable with Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour, as it's designed to replace regular all-purpose flour in non-gluten-free recipes. It works beautifully in our Rustic Milk Pie Dough recipe and the only change you need to make is to swap out the Measure for Measure with the traditional all-purpose flour to make it gluten-free.
