Linda, try using our recipe for No-Roll Pie Crust and replace the all-purpose flour with our Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour. This was you can use whatever vegetable oil you like, and you won't have to make any other changes besides swapping the flour. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
