I really want to try this recipe!! Problem is, my husband has to be vegan when baking. He can't have dairy or eggs. We have butter replacement, but can we replace the egg with something? What about the instant clear-jel? What can we replace that with because I cannot find it anywhere near here? So many questions! Your pie looks AMAZING!
