Can you make the GF piecrust dough, roll it out, put it in the pan, flute the edges, and then freeze it for filling and baking later? I do this for quiches with regular pie crusts, so I have several ready for filling and baking days or weeks later. Thanks! Yes, this recipe can be used in the same fashion as a standard pie crust! As such, forming it and freezing will work quite well.-Jon
