I am going to try this recipe for Thanksgiving! I assume I can make my pumpkin pie filling for it? Also, do you feel I should pre-bake the crust if I am putting the pumpkin in? Thanks! No need to pre-bake your crust, Sheri - have a great (gluten-free) Thanksgiving! PJH
