I LOVE my Zo! But need to learn more; thanks for this post! Request--especially when you post about breads could you also include any relevant bread machine hints? Kind of like you give both volume and weight in the recipe? Could a bread machine recipe book be added to the catalog? We'll certainly keep this in mind for future bread machine posts.
