Why not take a turkey breast, and bake it in the machine like you did with the potatoes? Might take longer :) Last year, I did my stuffing and green bean casserole in the slow cookers, since my oven was full with turkey. I'm not sure I could fit a whole turkey in a bread machine (would be fun to try :)), but just a turkey breast might work! Let us know if you do! kelsey@KAF
