Aren't YOU the CRAFTY baker! Ah yes, very useful ideas as this year we're sharing Thanksgiving with two neighbor ladies (sisters) across the street. I'm bringing KAF awesome Pumpkin Pie (made the usual way) and I was going to do the rolls - how slick is this, and cranberry sauce, I can do that tooooooo thanks to youuuuuuuuuuuu! Happy T'Day! Paul, when you think about it, there are all kinds of things you can make in your Zo - my mom uses it like a tiny little oven to make stew, meatloaf, and other layered meat/veggie/pasta comfort-food stuff...
