I've made scalloped potatoes, bread and raisin pudding, sourdough chocolate cake, pound cake, "oven roasted" potatoes/carrots/onions, cake and muffin mixes, meat loaf, in my Zo. It's a great help as I'm trying to keep my house cooler without running the AC. I'm always thinking about what I can use it for in this terribly hot 2022 summer. Ideas are welcome!
