Wendy, I make the dough for the rolls, the cranberry sauce, and the stuffing ahead. The dough becomes rolls and bakes in the regular oven, the stuffing is reheated just before (microwave works fine), and the sauce is served cold. I like making the potatoes last, right before dinner.
