OH MY SWEET CAKES, NO! Do not ever spray any nonstick item with commercial spray oils. They will gum your nonstick surface up and remove the "non" from "nonstick". The recipe itself (for the potatoes) looks good, but just skip the spraying of the spray oil. I don't really see the need for it anyway, given the butter in that recipe! As for serving from the Zo bucket being "tacky" - PFFFT! I wouldn't serve from the pan because I don't want hungry heathens damaging the pan interior, LOL! I will report back after making the recipe.
