Two years ago I bought a 3 inch rosemary plant ant planted it in my garden. It grows even in the winter. I can not kill that thing. It has taken over the garden and in the spring I have to cut it way back. No need to deydrate the rosemry but thank you so much for the parsley tip. I got a huge bag of fresh parsley from the co op and did not want to waste it.I live near Sedona Arizona.
