What is the best way to dry basil? It has thrived in my garden, my first year at gardening in Florida. I like to lay my basil leaves out on paper towel in a draft-free spot (like a shelf in my kitchen) and leave them to dry over 2 days or so. You can also try the microwave-drying technique and check every 20 seconds to see how the leaves are doing! Be sure to layer them in a single layer with space between the leaves. Best, Kim@KAF
