Great post! I tried cooking with pumpkin for the first time last weekend based off of this post - I got a big carving pumpkin and the puree came out wonderfully. There's a note in this post about using the drained water from the puree in breads. Can you elaborate on that?? Any breads? Or just pumpkin bread? Are there any recipes you can link to? Thank you!
