The liquid would be great used in place of Chicken broth for soups, stews and chili. I don't puree my pumpkin flesh as I want it thick and to be able to find it in my soups/stews/chili. I like to freeze the flash in ziplocks and lay them stacked, flat in the freezer. IF I went to he work of removing the liquids I would just use it as in the soups, etc anyway!!
