Hi Jane~1 year later, After you steam, you said that you bake with it and freeze the rest. Just to clarify, do you bake it all and then freeze what you are not using at the moment or do you just bake what you are presently using and then freeze whatever you are not using right then? I've been having issues with my blender not working on the puree setting, and your expertise sounded like you may hold the perfect answer. It's all food to be thankful for. : )
