I grow my own pumpkins, & this year I have HUGE PUNKINS (50 lbs at least) that I need some good advice on. Do you have some good ideas as to how I should work with these behemoths.... ????? Any & all suggestions you can give me will be gratefully & enthusiastically put to good use!!!!! THANX! Find a way to chunk the pumpkin into smaller pieces that will fit in your oven.
