This is one of my all time favorite breads to bake. I have forwarded the recipe to many people who ask for it after tasting it. The only suggestion I would make is it would be helpful if the measurements for the ingredients were also given in grams. I do my own conversions because I use a scale to weight the ingredients, but it would be handy to have them already listed in the recipe. My baking improved a lot once I started using a scale to measure ingredients vs measuring cups (mostly with the flour).
