Made this bread the other day and instantly put it on my list of favorites. It's great plain or toasted, topped with butter or goat cheese. Will try some other dried fruits with future loaves because this recipe is a keeper. Used a 9 x 5 bread pan and baked it for 60 minutes (tented with foil for last 15 minutes). Also used 9-grain flour in place of whole wheat as that's what I had in my pantry. Thank you, Ms. Hamel and KAF for another yummy treat.
