Hi PJ, I'm new to baking bread (or anything) outside of my bread machine and King Arthur's website has been an amazing recipe for getting things right. I don't have one of those long covered bakers yet. I have a Browning 12" dutch oven. Would I be able to make this recipe in the dutch oven? If so, what adjustments would I need to make? Thanks
