Just wondering if you can use fresh apple in this recipes? Thank you littlechef Hi littlechef, If you want to use fresh apples, choose ones that will stay somewhat firm in the dough, not turn to sauce. Also, you may want to dice them first and blot them dry before adding to the dough so that they don't bring too much excess moisture to the dough. ~ MaryJane
