Oh my goodness! What a beautiful loaf of bread this recipe produced. I have the large Pullman pan, so thanks for the easy math conversion. Love the nuttiness of the oats and the touch of sweetness from the honey (local of course). It will be even better in the morning with homemade Triple berry preserves and coffee.
