Wow, this recipe is perfection! I used my 9" Pullman Loaf pan. It was super easy to mix the ingredients using my Danish Dough Whisk (love that tool). My Kitchen Aid Stand mixer did a great job, once the autolyse was done. I used my dough proofing box (such a great investment for me) and one hour later, the dough had beautifully doubled. Once I shaped it into my loaf pan, and put it back into my dough proofing box, it was ready for the oven just an hour later! It was hard, but I waited for the loaf to completely cool, before slicing it for toast. I could taste the hint of honey, it was moist and made perfect toast and sandwich bread. My next attempt will be to try out KAF White Whole Wheat Flour to make this bread even more wholesome. Once again, KAF ingredients and recipes for the win!
