There is nothing better than the smell of the house during the process of making a loaf of bread. Thank you for putting this recipe in your blog. I had made this several times following the recipe but I was letting it rise just a tad too long. It would leak out the pan while baking. No worries, those crunchy bits were fought over. But now with some very helpful visuals from your blog my loaves are coming out perfectly!
