PJ- Just a quick note about the 13 x 4 pain de mie pan...when baking I have found that it takes a bit longer to bake. I keep the lid on for 35 minutes, and then take it off and bake for about 7 min longer. I thought that this might help those who are baking this loaf in the larger pan. Also the 1.5 x the recipe works perfectly for the pan. Thanks PJ! Anne in WA
