I do not have a pain de mie pan and would like to know if this recipe can be used in the bread machine. If so, I have the small Zo and would like to know how to alter the ingredients for the smaller machine. Thanks. I'm not sure this would work in the small Zo; seems like it might be too much dough for baking in the machine. Your best bet would be to prepare the dough in the machine, on the manual/dough cycle; then take it out, and let it rise and bake in a bread pan in your regular oven. Good luck - PJH
