I love using my pain de mie pan! But mine is the bigger version. Is there an easy way to convert this recipe to the larger volume? Thanks! I haven't tried it, but try increasing all the ingredients except the yeast by 50% (e.g., 3 cups flour becomes 4 1/2 cups). That should work... PJH
