Hi Jaimie, we generally don't recommend substituting our Gluten-Free Measure for Measure flour in recipes calling for our Gluten-Free All-Purpose flour. These flours are formulated quite differently, and they won't perform the same way in this recipe. However, you could certainly use the Measure for Measure flour as a substitute for the All-Purpose flour to make this pumpkin muffin recipe gluten-free.
