If you didn't want to bake GF could you sub All Purpose flour for the GF Flour mix and xanthun gum? Maybe, Ginger - probably. You could also make our Thanksgiving Muffins, which are pumpkin based; or bake our Pumpkin Leaf Muffins in a standard muffin pan. Both recipes yield delicious, moist pumpkin muffins. Enjoy - PJH
