Wow, what an interesting, educational post! I am always making muffins and scones at my bed and breakfast inn, and this is wonderful to have all this info. I have some of the sugars already, but now want to try more of them. I printed out the pictures of the scones and muffins with the sugars on them. It is getting taped to my inside cupboard for reference in the future! Thanks again! What a great idea.
