The Swedish pearl sugar looks so much like the big salt you usually see on pretzels. I think it would take me a while to get used to it being sweet instead of the expected salty. When I first made the braided bread for my son, he said "Whoa, that's a lotta salt!" But now the pearl sugar is one of his favorites on his cookies, muffins, pancakes, oatmeal, everything... ;) ~Jessica
