I've made this recipe twice, both times with nuts and once with the chocolate chips. Both times the loaves were done at the top, but the bottom third or so was not done. It was still delicious, but I'd like it to be perfect. I baked it for 80 minutes, and I took it out when my cake tester came out clean, but apparently it didn't go all the way to the bottom. What could cause this problem?
